Hi Phil

I am absolutely over the moon with the car, the buying process, your people and the fantastic way Alfa have looked after me throughout.

I have a Porsche, Range Rover and BMW as well and have had many other good motors, the QF is simply the best by miles and miles, the quality, look, performance etc. is astonishing. It has to be THE BEST VALUE for money new car I have ever purchased.

It’s also the best buying experience I have ever had, Paul and Richard have been first class throughout.

So I guess that’s an 11 out of 10 from me !!

All very positive feedback, I only wish I had come to the experts before.

Matthew Manners couldn't have been more helpful; he very quickly found me a car within my budget and even brought it to my house for me to see as I couldn't get to the garage. When I said that I was going away for my birthday and didn't have a car he sorted a loan car for me and even delivered it to my house at no cost, so thank you so much for that - I couldn't have asked for a better service.

I will definitely be recommending your garage to my colleagues and family and friends and will continue to use your garage in the future so you can look after my beautiful new car.

As far as the customer experience with Jeep and bringing my Renegade into the garage to be serviced, I would score the experience as a 10 even down the loan car whilst the service is being completed.

My son has already said that he wishes to look at the possibility in having a Renegade as his first car when he passes his test.

We are extremely pleased with this purchase and so far have enjoyed driving it. The level of customer care was second to none; Darren who saw the purchase through from beginning to end was extremely professional, polite and helpful. He personally delivered the car and went through everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend our friends to purchase a car from you even though you are a couple of hours drive away.

I have been using Chris Variava in Nottingham now for 3 years. I have bought in that time two second hands cars which have been very reliable. The customer care I receive from Tony (Suzuki) has been second to none. As my car was in for MOT I waited for it to pass and in that time I had my eye caught by the Suzuki Celerio. It was neat and tidy and very roomy. Needless to say I now own for the first time a brand new Celerio. The transition from handing over the old car to receiving the new was slick and pleasantly done and Tony takes time to ensure everything is done and ready on time. I would recommend Chris Variava, Tony and the whole team to anyone. The customer care and after care in my opinion is first class.

Have been using Chris Variava for 5 years, that's two new Shoguns, and in all that time I have had excellent, friendly service with nothing being too much trouble for them. I had a slight issue with my first Shogun which was a Mitsubishi fault and Chris Variava fought my corner for me and won. Servicing of both vehicles has been painless and they always come back cleaner than when they went in.

I cannot fault the team at Chris Variava and wish them all the best for the future.

In relation to your question regarding feedback for the service team and my experience of having our Shogun serviced by Chris Variava’s I would score the whole experience a 9 (I’m a tough grader!).

Over the years of dealing with the service team I’ve come to appreciate both Toni’s and Ashley’s knowledge, experience and general attitude towards dealing with me and I have to say that they are a credit and a real asset to your business. Finding good people is a real challenge these days, I believe that you’ve over achieved in your recruitment for these two members of staff, we always have a laugh and a joke and despite the fact that I’m generally handing over money after walking through the doors, it’s made a little more palatable when dealing with nice people. My congratulations!

They are great dealership. They took into account what it was I wanted out of a car and how much I could afford when recommending a swift for me and I am glad to say it's a great choice. After buying a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from another main dealer outside of London, I experienced problems with the alternator, as you can appreciate parting with a large sum of money only to have your dream car break down was quite distressing. I cannot praise the service team enough at Chris Variava for acting so professionally and efficiently in recovering and repairing my car under warranty. My recent experience of a full service and MOT was again carried out particularly efficiently and my car returned with a high quality valet. Thank you to the whole of service department!

Staff where courteous and attentive. Job was done, complete with wash and vac.

When I returned, my Outlander was ready for pickup as predicted, and no delays getting the key. Even escorted to door to find the car.
